Why It’s OK to Break The Rules

I hate rules. We’ve all heard it before. “Rules are made to be broken”. This is definitely true when it comes to the ‘rules’ of dйcor. Who comes up with these ‘rules’ anyway? And what do they mean to us?

Not that long ago we were all being told to never put pink with red or green with blue. The fact is that combinations such as these are the basis of some of the most beautiful color palettes being used by very talented designers around the world. - Whites should be served cold between 43°F and 53°F. This can be done by chilling the bottle in ice for an hour before serving. You do not want to keep a glass of white wine in the refrigerator for long periods of time.
